Fastest Method: Delete in the App
- Open the Greeneves mobile app and sign in.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm Delete Permanently.
After confirmation, Greeneves calls our deletion service to remove your profile, vendor profile, and hosted events from active systems, then signs you out.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email support@greeneves.com from the email address registered to your Greeneves account. Use the subject "Delete my Greeneves account". We may request verification to protect your account before deleting it.
Data Deleted From Active Systems
- Your Greeneves profile and authentication account.
- Events you host, including public event pages, event details, RSVP settings, party details, timelines, gallery references, videos, wishes, achievements, goals, and social links.
- Your vendor profile and marketplace records directly tied to your user account.
- Contribution settings tied to deleted hosted events, including payout account setup where no legal retention is required.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for payment records, fraud prevention, chargebacks, dispute handling, tax, accounting, legal compliance, security logs, or backups. Backup copies are removed according to our normal backup lifecycle.
Important Notes
- Deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be undone.
- Guests may lose access to public event links you created.
- If you only want to hide an event page, update the event visibility instead of deleting your whole account.
