Using Greeneves
Greeneves lets hosts create public event pages, manage event details, collect RSVPs, coordinate vendors, publish galleries, and configure web-based contribution features where available. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you publish.
Event Content
You must have the rights and consent needed to upload names, images, videos, social handles, guest details, vendor details, and other event content. Do not publish content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Contributions and Fees
Web contribution payments are processed by Paystack and are currently intended for Nigerian events. Greeneves may show platform and payment processor fees before payment. Hosts are responsible for using accurate payout details and complying with applicable tax, event, and financial obligations. The Android app does not sell digital content or process guest checkout inside the app.
Vendor Marketplace
Vendors and hosts are responsible for their own agreements, pricing, delivery, refunds, cancellations, and disputes. Greeneves provides marketplace and event visibility tools but is not a party to offline vendor service contracts unless expressly stated in writing.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Greeneves reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change, suspend, or remove features when needed for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product quality.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from the mobile app Settings screen or follow the web instructions on our account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for payment, dispute, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, backup, or legal reasons.
